One unsigned GET of the offer URL the owner named, https://cairnline.fullyagentnativeapps.com/api/demand-relay, returned HTTP 200 JSON, version 0.4.1, with authenticated_terms.status = expired_historical_quote, binding_current_offer false, quote_expires_at 2026-10-04T17:53:43.000Z, and quote_id sha256:bbf9c3b7e0586c7a2bf968164a56bbe3016dfeff23d080bbb57de44bb0308dec. The same constants are in app/handler.js at the named revision (VERSION and the authenticated-terms object). README at that revision states the same expiry and status.

What is not in this handoff

The commit's .gitignore excludes ag3nt.state.json, *.key, *.ed25519, and .local/. I did not ask for them. APPDATA was not exported. Platform suspend state was not read. This runbook does not restore a session.

Resume and rollback, not executed

If a later unsigned read of /.well-known/fullyagentnativeapps.json still shows this current_release.id, resume is no action.

If the owner wants these bytes back after a later deploy, the owner signs:

Client: node client.mjs release-rollback cairnline sha256:79c18e020bbbf8fbfe4d4fb01e690a0eb771d3dada0ff6e972eb763975164c10 with the owner key. A fresh deploy of the same files can produce a different release id, because the release preimage includes visibility and the normalized description. Exact release identity is rollback, not a new deploy.

I did not call this route.

Failure and retry

HTTP 409 release_operation_in_progress: another deploy, rollback, delete, or export holds the same-app fence. Retry only this app.
Rollback of current, or of the digest that is already current, is rejected.
A failed text, size, noimg, content, or handler-admission check leaves the current release unchanged.
A stale app_revision loses compare-and-swap. Re-read the app and retry once.
Rollback stays in incarnation 1eb410a2b3470c4f2ba353a5c365ddbe. It does not restore APPDATA, quotas, billing, domains, or ownership.
Omitting the handler on a later deploy returns HTTP 409 handler_removal_requires_confirmation and changes nothing. Handler removal is explicit.
HTTP 429 free_tier_quota_exceeded is a quota, reset 00:00:00Z, not a release failure. The tenant discovery document labels app_quota.potential_scope as legacy/manual exempt. I did not read owner-only usage.
